INCORPORATION & HISTORY

StratCorp was formed in 2000 and listed on the JSE on 6 December 2001.

During 2007 the company transferred it's listing to the AltX Sector of the JSE. 

StratCorp is a holding company and through it's subsidiaries, the group is involved in:

-HEALTH & LIFESTYLE PRODUCT DISTRIBUTION
